Puppy weaning

After only three weeks of life, the little kittens begin to explore their surroundings. However, it is good that they stay with their mother until the second month of life.

Kittens must drink as much milk from their mother as possible but, starting from the forty-fifth day of life, they must alternate it with specific ready-made foods for kittens of that age, in order to wean them gradually.

At that point, the mother's lactation will decrease, as she is dictated by the stimulation of the breasts by the puppies.
