LPG systems can be set up on all petrol cars.
After assembly, the system must be approved by the Motorization Office or by an authorized workshop.
In the case of catalyzed cars, the polluting emissions must also be examined.
"OTTO" cycle motor
Cars that are fitted with an "eight" cycle engine (named after the inventor of the petrol engine) when running on LPG have an excellent carburetion and carbon deposits are lower, moreover the oil tends to get less dirty.
The only disadvantage is that LPG has no lubricating power so there is more wear on the valves.
