The BBQ requires adequate equipment:
- Choice of device (gas BBQ or charcoal BBQ).
- Thermometer to check the temperature in the “skewer and read” format or in the probe version.
- The tongs preferably in stainless steel to move the pieces of meat without damaging them.
- A pair of gloves to protect yourself from fire.
- An ignition chimney, that is a metal device which, due to its construction, simplifies and accelerates the delicate ignition phase.
- Different types of plates such as soapstone, cast iron plate, stainless steel plate.
- Different grills for the different uses that you intend to do such as cooking meat, fish, vegetables, etc.
