If we want to favor a very spicy, almost oriental taste, we prepare the CURRY SAUCE which has as ingredients:
- 1 medium onion
- 50 gr. of butter
- 30 gr. of flour
- 500 ml. of meat broth
- 3 tablespoons of curry
- salt
It takes some time to prepare this type of sauce: you start to brown the onion in the butter over a low heat by slowly adding the sifted flour to avoid lumps and the CURRY, the broth and finally the salt.
Cook until it thickens and blend it with an immersion blender.
Now enjoy it with white meats like chicken, turkey and rabbit and you will feel that goodness!
