The most famous sauce is the BBQ SAUCE, coming from America excellent for all types of beef, for sausages and sausages.
The recipe is really simple:
- 250 gr. of tomato sauce;
- 150 gr. of tomato paste;
- 30 gr. chopped onion;
- 20 gr. cane sugar;
- 30 gr. of excellent olive oil;
- 2 cloves of garlic.
Let's cook all the ingredients together, stirring for about 20 minutes and it's ready!
We also prepare the SPICY SAUCE, as long as we like spicy:
- 250 gr. of tomato sauce;
- 180 gr. of water;
- tabasco according to the degree of spiciness desired;
- 4 gr. of dried and crumbled chilli;
- 4 gr. of cayenne pepper;
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Heat everything in a pan for 10 minutes and allow to cool: this sauce is recommended with beef and pork.
Lastly, we can't forget the famous TARTAR SAUCE which goes well with everything ... meat, fish and vegetables. We need to get:
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- 2 hard-boiled egg yolks;
- 1 teaspoon of mustard;
- 2 pickled gherkins;
- 2 tablespoons of pickled capers;
- 4 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar and salt to taste
We mix mustard, mayonnaise, oil, salt and vinegar with the whisk; add capers, parsley, gherkins and finely crumbled egg yolks. And here ... the sauce is ready.
