Grilled Tomini

Take the Tomini out of the fridge at least twenty minutes before and heat the grill very well.

Place the tomini as soon as the grill is hot and let them cook for 3 minutes on one side and only 2 minutes on the other, and to avoid breaking them we use a spatula to lift them.

If we want to taste something new Cecilia recommends putting the cooked tomini in a pan, beat two eggs with a little salt and put the mixture around the tomino.

Everything will be cooked quickly and you will feel like you are eating a "fried egg" in reverse!
