Types of grids

The BBQ grills ... there are different in shape, size, material, bar, flat surface, portable, table or integrated. Let's see some examples:

• the enamelled wrought IRON grill is the cheapest but it is the one that has the least duration.
• the CAST IRON grill is the most requested: it offers the advantage of maintaining heat but on the other hand it requires thorough cleaning and greater caution.
• the CHROMED STEEL grille: it is cheaper than the natural stainless steel one but has the disadvantage that the chromium plating can become detached over time
• the absolute best grill is certainly in NATURAL STAINLESS STEEL 304: it does not require maintenance, is easy to clean and is indestructible. It has the disadvantage that it retains less heat than cast iron and is the most expensive on the market, but it has an infinite life.

Today we tend to cook food slowly in order not to create that burnt patina and let's remember not to abuse with the use of food cooked on the BBQ and on the grill because this type of cooking, has been defined by doctors, unhealthy!
