The sausage is very simple to make, we can use a classic direct cooking with medium / high heat and in about 20 minutes it is ready.
Obviously being pork it should be cooked well because there is always the risk that the sausage will remain a little raw in the innermost part.
We will have to arrange the whole sausage straight or rolled on the grill without ever piercing it because the fat, dripping on the embers, gives rise to flames and fumes that would degrade the taste and consistency making it even harmful to our health. p >
