how is the cat's cardiovascular system made

circulatory system cat

The heart, chambered in two atria and two ventricles.

The system keeps arterial blood completely separate, that is the oxygen-laden blood that must be sent into circulation to feed the cells, from the venous blood laden with waste materials.

Carbon dioxide, resulting from cellular respiration, then pours into the lungs and is expelled through exhalation.
